By using SeaGit (the "Application") and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.
You must use the Application in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any use of the Application for illegal or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.
To access certain features of the Application, you may be required to register for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.
Access to certain features of the Application may require payment of fees. All fees are stated exclusive of taxes unless otherwise indicated, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes. Fees for recurring subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) until cancelled.
We may change our fees and pricing. Any price change will apply from the start of your next billing cycle, and we will give you at least 30 days' notice before an increase to a recurring subscription takes effect. Your continued use of the paid features after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel before it takes effect. Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
The Application and related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will meet your requirements. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your code, data, and configurations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SeaGit, its affiliates, or their respective officers, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Application in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Application and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Application if you breach these Terms and Conditions, fail to pay applicable fees, use the Application unlawfully, or where reasonably necessary to protect the Application, other users, or comply with the law. Except where immediate action is required (for example, for security, legal, or non-payment reasons), we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before suspending or terminating your account. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases, and any provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including pricing, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
