## Vacation
Full-time employees get 25 days of paid vacation per calendar year, plus public holidays.

## Carry-over
Unused vacation days roll over into the next year, up to 5 days. Days above that expire on December 31.

## Sick leave
Sick leave is paid and not capped for short illnesses. For an absence longer than 5 working days, send People Operations a doctor's note.
