## Home office equipment
Remote and hybrid employees can expense one home-office chair, up to $300, and one desk, up to $400. Monitors, keyboards and laptops are ordered through IT, not expensed.

## Submitting expenses
Submit expenses within 30 days with an itemised receipt. Expenses are reimbursed in the next monthly payroll.

## Training and conferences
Every employee has a learning budget of $1,500 per calendar year. Training and conference requests are approved by your manager.
